Wedding Request Information Form
LUSH will require a non refundable $100.00 deposit for bridal parties of 3 or more to hold your reservations for any services to be paid 14 days prior to your session date. The deposit will be applied to the charge of services rendered the day of the wedding and can be divided up as to the discretion of the bride.
If you are opting out of trial please understand that hairstyle request sent with photos will vary depending on hair textures and we will be sure to get the hairstyle as close as we can to photo selected.
(hair length and texture will vary results, please book a trial for best outcome)

Bride’s Hair $150

Entire reservation is to be paid in full by one payment

Group Bookings.
Full payment for all services will be expected regardless of any cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows, so get firm commitments from everyone to avoid any monetary loss to you. Deposits hold your day and you have 30 days from time of booking to cancel your date for refund.
If someone comes late or with wet hair requiring extra service/time an extra fee will be applied to your bill. If someone backs out, you may absolutely put a fill in to take their place.
Payments accepted are cash or Venmo prior to date of service.
*Payment of all TRIAL RUNS are due at time of service.

Photos of the look you want done must me submitted ASAP to ensure that the look requested matches your hair type. Some looks are only done in salon and require additional time or require you sit under a hair dryer. If you choose not to do a trial please understand that we will get your hair as close as possible to submitted photos, but due to hair texture and color looks vary. It’s better to choose a wish pic that the color resembles your own.
